Try something new and easily learn pilates with us!
Pilates and Smoothies!    Pilates uses low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.  Want to increase flexibility and muscle strength with friends?  Then come grab a mat and get ready for some good stretches with friends. Afterward, we will sooth our tired muscles by making smoothies.
6pm-7pm in youth room.
