We understand that small groups are constantly going to be changing. New groups will form, some as a break off from an existing group while others will form from the church membership spontaneously. Also, meeting dates, times and locations may change.

We would like to keep track your meeting plans. In addition, if your group is open to additional members, you can let us know here.

By us knowing your group's schedule, we can assist on directing group members who may have forgotten your schedule. We also will be able to better communicate with you, should information of importance to your group become available.

We would like to have on record:

• Group name (if applicable)
• Meeting day and time
• Meeting location: address
• Group contact name, phone number, and email address
• If you are looking for additional participants to join your group
• Do you have a theme? Ex: retired only, women or men only, young families, singles, small children
