To send a request your public prayer request for the prayer chain and also be included in the Church Worship Bulletin fill out the form below.

Remember to include any special instructions. Indicate if you wish bulletin annoucement,
the Pastor to announce in church, or both. A copy will go to Kathy Schauer
and another copy will go to the church office.
