This is a priority committee because we want the
History Book ready for January, 2009 distribution. |
| Advertising |
This committee handles all the advertising for the event. Examples
are: newspaper, radio, TV (cable access channel), Northern Lights,
LCMS web site, Trinity web site, church bulletins, etc. |
| Anniversary Program |
This committee would set up the program for the Anniversary
Celebration Day. This includes helping with information in the
special bulletin and the program for the afternoon celebration.

| Banner |
This committee will be responsible for designing and creating
a banner or banners, including the selected Bible verse for the
occasion. |
| Special Service Project |
Responsible for researching and deciding on a special service
project in commemoration of the 150th Anniversary, i.e., doing
something in conjunction with the mew mission church being planted
in Manhattan. |
| Anniversary Day |
Responsible will include all events occurring on October 18.
This includes the church service (excluding music which will be
handled by Carl Lisius), the dinner, entertainment, decoration,
DVD's at dinner, letters from Governor, president of Synod, etc.

| Monthly Event |
Responsible for researching and organizing the different events
that will occur between January and December, 2009. No special
activity will occur during February 25 through April 12 which
is Lent/Easter. |
